For the second year in a row the fourth grade team is spending a couple weeks on a place based science unit. The students have learned about the life cycle of salmon. They have also been exploring the anatomy and physiology of salmon and comparing that to the anatomy and physiology of humans along with investigating the impact that salmon have on ecosystems.
