 May 22 from 4-5PM. I would like my sophomores to present their research science-fair style in a way that is public to the community.

This will be for their final exam grade. I'd like to use some tables in the commons for them to put up their posters and explain their projects to visitors. 

If possible, I'd like to schedule the same event again the following week for those who will need to make it up. I'll complete another facilities request then.
