PS Enrollment Forms for the 2026-2027 School Year will release soon. The forms release is delayed due to a School name change and issues with proper field delivery during testing.
The SY26-27 New Student Enrollment form (and Kindergarten Kickoff) should release on or around 15July2026.
The SY26-27 Returning Student Enrollment form should release on or around 01August2026.
